Lisa is a married woman. She got married to her husband Peter Hall a morning meteorologist for NBC-3 Today in Central New York on in 2014. Lisa was not only a knockout, but also so happy at her wedding in Albany. On April 1 2014 on Today in Central New York this morning the couple announced that they are happily married. Previously Jupiter worked as a reporter and anchor at FOX 19 (WXIX) in Cincinnati and at WDBJ in Roanoke, Virginia.
And Chicago reporter Melanie Johnson joined CNY Central as a reporter last month, joining the TV station after recently working at Spectrum News Rochester. CNY Central, which includes NBC 3 (WSTM), CW 6 (WSTQ) and CBS 5 (WTVH) in Syracuse, is operated by Sinclair Broadcast Group.
Lisa’s memorable story is about a man (Joe Smith) who was convicted of murdering a teenager in Utica but the verdict was set aside after documents emerged showing that another man may have been responsible for the murder. That man (Earl Wright) was charged and pled guilty to manslaughter. Lisa did an exclusive jailhouse interview with Wright.
On Wednesday October 8 2014 , the Syracuse New Times invited the 2014 Best of Syracuse® winners to the Hank Sauer Room at NBT Bank Stadium for a Best of Syracuse soiree! Lisa was among the winners as the Best Local Reporter.
