Todd became part of the News 5 team as a reporter following roles at esteemed stations in Bowling Green, KY, Lexington, KY, and Colorado Springs, CO. After a successful tenure as co-anchor of News 5 Today, Todd is now deeply involved in investigative journalism.
With numerous regional Emmy award nominations under his belt, Todd is a seasoned broadcast journalist committed to amplifying the voices of the marginalized. He is continually struck by journalism’s remarkable ability to empower those who might otherwise feel powerless. In the current cluttered media landscape, he also recognizes the critical importance of accurate and timely news reporting.
Hailing from Ashland, KY, Todd holds a degree in broadcasting with a minor in English from Western Kentucky University.
