Tom’s professional trajectory has been a rich tapestry of experiences. He has previously contributed his meteorological expertise to several prominent stations. His journey led him to WHSV in Harrisonburg, Virginia, WHO TV13 in Des Moines, Iowa, WWBT NBC 12 in Richmond, and he also freelanced for WVEC NEWS Channel 13 in Norfolk/Virginia Beach.
Beyond his broadcasting endeavors, Tom has served as a spokesperson for various organizations, including Saxon Shoes, Hanover Roofing, and The Virginia Farm Bureau.
Tom’s passion for meteorology extends to the realm of forensic meteorology, where he leverages his knowledge to provide valuable insights. Alongside his work in broadcasting and forensic meteorology, he passionately dedicates his time to educating the next generation. He imparts his extensive knowledge by teaching Meteorology and Astronomy at L.C. Bird High School in Chesterfield County, nurturing the curiosity and learning of aspiring scientists.
