Victoria’s journey began in Long Island, New York, where she was born and raised. However, she decided to venture a bit further from home to pursue her education in broadcast journalism in the vibrant city of Philadelphia, often referred to as the “city of brotherly love.”

At Temple University, Victoria became deeply involved in the university’s student-run news broadcast, “Temple Update.” There, she eagerly embraced opportunities both in front of and behind the camera, ultimately developing a passion for telling stories that spanned campus events, local news, national updates, and even international stories.

Victoria’s appetite for learning and growing in her field extended beyond the classroom as she sought internships with notable news organizations in Philadelphia, including NBC10 Philadelphia and FOX 29 Philadelphia. These internships provided her with invaluable skills and tools to excel as an effective storyteller.

Anticipating her graduation in May, Victoria is not only filled with excitement but also a profound sense of gratitude as she embarks on her journalism career with FOX43. She eagerly anticipates the new path that lies ahead and is eager to build strong connections with the Central Pennsylvania community.

Outside of her reporting duties, you’ll likely find Victoria exploring the nearest mall, on the hunt for the latest clothing deals, and indulging in pampering sessions at nearby nail and Dominican hair salons. Victoria’s cultural roots are an essential part of her life as a Haitian-American, and she cherishes moments spent with her family, reveling in the rich food and music that reflect her heritage.
