T.J. Tremble became part of the WVII ABC 7 and WFVX FOX 22 teams in March 2016. Born and raised in Bangor, he attended local schools and eventually graduated from John Bapst High School. His educational journey led him to the University of Maine, where he pursued a degree in political science.

T.J.’s journalism career had humble beginnings at the Camden Herald, where he honed his skills in the field. He later extended his expertise by contributing to the Bangor Daily News in various locations, including Rockland, Belfast, and his hometown, Bangor.

His transition into broadcast journalism marked a significant turning point, serving as the news director for WQCB-FM in Brewer. For numerous years, he toiled behind the scenes, contributing to both radio and television productions.

In recent times, T.J. Tremble took on the role of a news reporter at Zone Radio Corporation, which encompasses WZON-AM, WKIT-FM, and WZLO-FM, all based in Bangor.

T.J. has made notable contributions to the field, earning recognition with reporting awards from esteemed organizations such as the Maine Press Association, Maine Association of Broadcasters, and the Maine Associated Press Broadcasters Association.

Beyond his professional life, T.J. Tremble enjoys a fulfilling personal life. He is happily married and blessed with three adult children, as well as the joy of three grandchildren.
