Tony Keith, a proud Colorado native, has made his mark as a reporter and social media expert at KKTV. He hails from El Paso County and is deeply passionate about sharing captivating community stories through his daily segment, “What’s Trending,” featured in the 4:30 p.m. newscast.

Tony’s journey in the TV industry began in Northern Colorado, where he worked as a sports reporter and hosted “The Rams Sports Magazine Show.” During his two-year tenure covering sports, including his Alma Mater, the University of Northern Colorado Bears, Tony developed a profound affinity for sharing local sports narratives and highlights. This passion eventually led him to the Cowboy State.

In Cheyenne, Tony assumed the role of Sports Director at KGWN, initially focusing on sports highlights before transitioning to early mornings as the morning anchor and producer. Later, he found stability in his sleep schedule as the evening anchor and executive producer.

From covering the state legislature to Cheyenne Frontier Days, Tony spent five productive years north of the border. However, the call to return to their home state of Colorado came from his amazing and beautiful wife, alongside their mischievous little boy, who keeps them busy at parks in Colorado Springs.

Tony’s enthusiasm extends to his love for the Broncos, attending Rocky Mountain Vibes games, conquering the Manitou Incline, and exploring the vast outdoors of southern Colorado.

During his time at KKTV, Tony has worn many hats, from filming Denver Broncos games to investigating Call For Action pieces. If you have a heartwarming local story to share, Tony is your go-to connection.
