Trish Glose has made Medford her beloved home, transitioning from her roots in the South to the West Coast. Her journey began in Aiken, South Carolina, but as a teenager, she moved to Las Vegas, where she graduated from Cimmaron-Memorial High School. Trish’s educational journey led her to a Broadcast Journalism degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, where she stood out as the “Most Outstanding Broadcast Student” upon graduation. Just two weeks after receiving her degree, she secured a reporting position at KTVL. Over the course of four years, she reported on various stories, anchored both weekend and morning newscasts, before establishing herself as the anchor for the evening shows.

Before arriving at KTVL, Trish completed three internships with KRNV-TV and KTVN-TV in Reno, and also spent a summer at KTNV-TV in Las Vegas.

When she’s not at the helm of the evening news or working to feature local restaurants in the West Coast Flavors kitchen, Trish can be found in her own kitchen, passionately experimenting with new recipes. She enjoys dancing to Cuban music and is truly in her element when she’s savoring a meal, sharing laughter, and spending time with her loved ones. Trish is also an avid animal lover, showering affection on her “fur babies,” including her dogs, Mia and Samson, and her cat, Emmie. During the summer, her pursuits include attending a Britt show, river rafting, and exploring vineyards or local breweries.

Beyond her culinary and outdoor adventures, Trish’s heart found love in southern Oregon. She married Chuck in 2008, who is a captain with the Medford Fire Department. This union also brought her a stepson who shares her passion for food, theater, and animals.
